Fascinated
by the possibilities of anthropomorphized electronics, Wetmore
is currently exploring fictionalized skeletal anatomy as a practical
problem of levers and hinges, nerve channels as signal bearing
audio cables, and light-activated shyness. Recent interactive
projects also include giggling carpets and the future of neurotic
furniture. She is a graduate of the School of the Museum of
Fine Arts and the University of Michigan.
